FindeSpot Apartment Locators was founded in 2022 because we saw a need for an apartment locating service with the renter in mind. We understand the task of finding a perfect apartment can be overwhelming. Similar to taxes, finding housing is not something taught in schools. With over 3,000 apartment building in Houston finding a starting point can be daunting.

Stuart Weingartner
Owner & Real Estate Agent
A Houston native, Stuart moved to New York City in 2005 where he graduated from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy. He then spent most of his twenty's touring the country working in theatrical & production management. In 2013 he switch gears into hospitality management, operating multiple premier NYC restaurants & hotels. In 2020 Stuart moved back to Texas and began working in Multifamily, at some of the Nations best management companies. Stuart's passion for helping people find their new homes led him to open FindeSpot Apartment Locators LLC in 2022. He cannot wait to help you find your spot in the city he loves!
